DIRECT DIGITAL PRINTING

Very ecological, direct digital printing (also known as DTG) is a revolutionary printing technique that was born in the late 90s.
This inkjet printing technique is very widespread in the textile world.
The direct digital printing is to be privileged for the orders in bulk, the imposing graphics, the complex visuals or the gradients.
It works like a traditional printer and prints directly the visual or the message of your choice on the textile.
The direct digital printing offers an unequalled rendering on various textiles including organic cotton t-shirts.
With direct digital printing, the colors are created by a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black by machines at the cutting edge of technology.
The images are recreated by a print head that sprays thousands of tiny drops of ink onto the fabric.
Direct digital printing is interesting because it requires little or no preparation on light textiles (white, gray, natural, pastel) that are previously washed.
Digital printing allows unique details and gradations thanks to a mixture of colors directly applied to the GOTS organic cotton.
Digital printing offers a unique precision and uses water-based inks.
These inks are environmentally friendly (OEKO-TEX or ECO PASSPORT certified).
They are by definition non-toxic, non-hazardous and 100% organic.
With direct digital printing, the visual aspect and the touch are without relief because the ink penetrates directly into the fibers of the garment.
Thanks to the water-based inks, the color rendering is of much better quality than traditional inks.
Direct digital printing is not energy consuming and allows a minimum of ink waste.
It offers a very advantageous quality/price ratio.
The print area will be a little rougher than the rest of the t-shirt as if the ink has fused with the fabric.
Direct digital printing is not recommended for custom t-shirts that will need to be machine washed very regularly.

This 100% ecological printing guarantees that the marking on the personalized t-shirt will last over time.

THE FLOCAGE

Flocking is a digital transfer printing technique that is ideal for simple, monochrome corporate logos, nicknames or numbers.
Flocking is the most popular method in the sports industry as it is mainly used for hard to reach areas such as sleeves or jersey labels.
It offers excellent visibility and promises good wash resistance.
Flocking/transfer has many advantages and is ideal for individual customization.
Flocking has a pleasant, smooth feel.
Two machines are needed to make a proper flocking: a cutting plotter and a heat press.

SERIGRAPHY

Textile screen printing is the oldest form of printing.
It was propelled in the 60's thanks to the artistic work of Andy Warhol who created brilliantly repeated and colored images of Marilyn Monroe.
If you want to start on personalized t-shirts in large quantities, it will be appropriate to favor screen printing which will be much more economical.
Screen printing has the Pantone C reference; we guarantee the exact correspondence between your logo and the final result.
Screen printing deposits the ink directly on the textile through a screen called stencil. This process requires the creation of a screen per color.
The silk-screened visual is distinguished by its great density and its great saturation of colors.
This one will age at the rhythm of the garment.

THE CUT OF THE GARMENT

We offer several sizes of t-shirts for men and women ranging from XS to 5XL as well as t-shirts for children ranging from 3-4 years old to 12-14 years old.
Our custom t-shirts feature set-in sleeves, a 1×1 ribbed collar and double wide stitching on the bottom of the sleeves as well as the bottom of the body.
Made of single jersey, they are made of GOTS organic cotton, spun and combed.
The fabric has been pre-washed to avoid shrinkage.
